Shipping

We work with leading logistics partners to ensure a fast, reliable, and secure delivery service. We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Hungary, Romania, and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are indicated in the table below and are calculated from the moment the order is confirmed.

Orders confirmed during our business hours will be prepared and shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

The carrier will normally make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby collection point. You will be notified accordingly by the carrier.

If the order is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to our warehouse.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery of information.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are delivered by FedEx. Here is what you can expect from the moment your order is confirmed until it reaches you:

Emails you will receive

  • Shipment confirmation: sent as soon as your label is generated, including your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
  • Out for delivery: sent on the morning of delivery, with an estimated 4-hour delivery window.
  • Delivery confirmation: sent as soon as your parcel is scanned as delivered. For deliveries to a private address, this includes a photo showing exactly where your parcel was left.
  • Delay notice: sent only if there is a customs issue or a missed delivery attempt.

Tracking your order

  • Track directly using your tracking number on the FedEx website or app.
  • Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, a free service that lets you redirect your parcel, leave delivery instructions, or schedule a vacation hold.
  • Opt in to SMS updates by texting FOLLOW together with your tracking number to FedEx (48773 in the UK).

On a typical delivery you will receive between 3 and 5 automatic updates, covering label creation, collection by FedEx, arrival at your local depot, out for delivery, and final delivery.

Delivery options

As well as home delivery, FedEx offers delivery to a nearby FedEx Station or an authorised local retail partner (such as a pharmacy or convenience store). If you are not available to receive your parcel at home, you can use the link in your tracking notifications to redirect it to a nearby Parcel Shop or locker.

To avoid delays in shipping orders and receiving goods at our warehouse, we recommend checking the main holidays in 2026 during which parcel delivery companies may not operate:

Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Orders

If delivery cannot be completed due to failed delivery attempts or if the order is not collected from a designated pickup point, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs or additional handling fees from the refund.

Customs and Duties (European Union)

As all of our other shipping destinations are located within the European Union, orders to these countries are not subject to customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance procedures, since goods move freely within the EU single market. Any applicable VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout, so no additional charges are due on delivery.
