Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via our returns portal or by contacting our customer service team.

Returns

Returns are free of charge in the following cases:

  • You have received an incorrect item
  • The product is defective
  • The replacement part is not the one you need

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the earliest of the following:

  • The date we receive the returned product
  • The date you provide proof of return shipment
  • The date you notify us of your withdrawal (if the product has not yet been shipped)

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to apply deductions if the product shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling, including damage resulting from being returned in unsuitable packaging.

Please ensure that:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging. This is essential: returns sent in different packaging may be rejected, or a deduction may be applied if the product arrives damaged as a result.
  • The order reference and return reference are included
  • The reason for the return is specified

United Kingdom: returning your parcel

Once your return has been authorised, the standard option is drop-off: simply take your parcel, repacked in its original packaging with the return label attached, to your nearest FedEx drop-off point or authorised retail partner.

Home collection is also available, but it is not automatic. If you would prefer FedEx to collect the parcel from your address, please request this when you start your return, or schedule a pickup directly via the FedEx website, so that a collection can be arranged.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products not returned in their original condition or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please start a return through our standard returns portal within 48 hours of delivery, indicating the issue and attaching photos as evidence. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
