Shipping
We work with leading logistics partners to ensure a fast, reliable, and secure delivery service. We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Hungary, Romania, and the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are indicated in the table below and are calculated from the moment the order is confirmed.
Orders confirmed during our business hours will be prepared and shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.
The carrier will normally make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby collection point. You will be notified accordingly by the carrier.
If the order is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to our warehouse.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery of information.

Holiday Calendar
To avoid delays in shipping orders and receiving goods at our warehouse, we recommend checking the main holidays in 2026 during which parcel delivery companies may not operate:

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via our returns portal or by contacting our customer service team.
Returns
Returns are free of charge in the following cases:
- You have received an incorrect item
- The product is defective
- The replacement part is not the one you need
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the earliest of the following:
- The date we receive the returned product
- The date you provide proof of return shipment
- The date you notify us of your withdrawal (if the product has not yet been shipped)
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to apply deductions if the product shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

Where applicable, a return label will be provided.
Please ensure that:
- The product is securely packaged (preferably in its original packaging)

Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Products not returned in their original condition or packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence in order to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to failed delivery attempts or if the order is not collected from a designated pickup point, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs or additional handling fees from the refund.
Customs and Duties (United Kingdom)
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
