Shipping
We work with leading logistics providers to ensure a fast and secure service. We deliver to the United Kingdom (except the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles), mainland France, and mainland Portugal with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
If the order is confirmed during our business hours, it will be prepared and shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be processed on the next working day.
The carrier will make a first attempt to deliver to the address provided. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be deposited at a nearby parcel shop, where you will have 10 days to collect it. You will receive all the information by email, and you can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided.
Holiday Calendar:
To avoid delays in sending parcels and cargo to our warehouse, we recommend that you check the major holidays of 2026 when parcel delivery companies do not operate. Also, we sincerely apologize for the shipping delays you may experience during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas time.

Returns
Returns are completely free of charge if our spare part is not the one you needed. The refund will be made within a maximum of:
- 14 days after receipt of the returned product;
- or 14 days after receipt of the shipping proof of the returned product;
- or 14 days after your withdrawal notification (if no product has been shipped).
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Deductions may apply if the product has been used or handled improperly.
For any return, please start the procedure through the returns portal: https://returns.itsrever.com/rocagroup-uk. You will be provided with a return label. Please ensure you use the original packaging and include the order reference, return reference, and reason for return.
