Returns Policy
At Roca Spare Parts, we work to provide a clear, simple and transparent returns process. Below you will find all the information you need to manage a return quickly.
1. Return period
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, without the need to provide a reason.
This period applies to orders placed from the European Union and the United Kingdom.
2. How to start a return
To start a return, simply access our returns portal and follow a few very simple steps:

Enter the email address used to place the order you wish to return, the order number, and follow the instructions. You will receive all the information by email to complete the return.
We will receive the return request, and it will always remain under our supervision.
3. Product conditions
be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and not installed
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all components
Returns of products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
The refund process will not begin until the product has been returned to our facilities and inspected.
4. Return costs
Returns are 100% free of charge for the customer.
Roca Spare Parts covers the transport costs provided the return is managed through the official portal.
5. Refunds
We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds.
Once the item has been received and its condition verified:
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days from approval
- It will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, you must initiate the return through the same portal, selecting the appropriate reason and preferably attaching photographic evidence within 48 hours.
Once the case has been reviewed, the corresponding refund will be issued at no cost to the customer.
