Consumers in the European Union have statutory guarantee rights for consumer goods in accordance with applicable legislation. These rights are independent of and in addition to any commercial guarantee offered by Roca.

Warranty Application and Coverage Terms
To benefit from this warranty, our Technical Department must acknowledge the defect in each case; defective products must be sent to the original manufacturing facility, the location of which will be specified beforehand.
Our warranty covers the replacement of the material at no cost to the buyer, in accordance with applicable legislation. Consequently, it covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover operational or installation defects that are unrelated to manufacturing issues.
Transportation and packaging costs arising from warranty-covered repairs are borne by Roca Sanitario, S.A.

The EU GARAN Label is a harmonised European Union label indicating the duration of the commercial durability guarantee offered by the manufacturer for a specific product. This commercial guarantee is additional to the consumer’s statutory guarantee rights in each country.
